Mmm... The one bank I tried refused. The Darkness proofing on the house itself is damaged; they refused me on those grounds. Whether it is the main concern, or it's more the fact that I am a Newcomer, I don't know.

In that case, I can get you in touch with a lender that supports newcomer concerns. Many lenders here don't prefer to deal with newcomers as there is the chances that the core might take them away before the mortgage is paid, but there are a handful who are willing and even eager to deal with us.

Hm. From an economic standpoint, my reason for doing this is simply to boost your retention in my company. I want to build loyalty not to a faction, but to my business per se.

But on a bigger scale, you do know well enough how we are the underdogs in this world. It's counter-productive to choose to fend for yourself and not share blessings with others.
